Role Overview:
We are seeking an empathetic, energetic, and motivated Medical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This online role is crucial in helping patients and doctors from around the world access necessary medications, ensuring they receive compassionate and informed support throughout their journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online sales and experience in customer-facing roles within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage online, by email, and by phone with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and closing sales.
  • Patient Support: Provide empathetic support to patients and their families from around the world, understanding their medical needs and guiding them, their doctor, and the pharmacy through the process of obtaining necessary medications.
  • Coordination: Work closely with our logistics and patient support teams to ensure timely and safe delivery of medicines.
  • Education and Advocacy: Educate patients and healthcare professionals about our services and advocate for fair access to medicines.

Job requirements


  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Energetic and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a patient-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both on- and offline.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-cultural team.
  • High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
