    • Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

Job description

Location: Amsterdam

About the company:

Everyone.org is not your regular company. And this is not your regular internship. We’re on a mission to break barriers and fight for global access to medicines. We help people everywhere get the treatments they need before they're approved or available in their countries. If you have a rebellious spirit, a passion for fairness, and a sense of compassion, we want you on our team.

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a fearless Social Media Intern who thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to defy the rules. In this role, you are the co-owner of our Social Media Calendar. This means creative freedom to ideate, produce, and publish bold content to help us amplify our mission. It also means you need to be ready to take the responsibility and learn from it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create bold social media content: Develop engaging and daring content for social media platforms that challenges the norm and inspires action.

  • Engage and respond: Monitor our social media and engage with our community, sparking conversations and responding to feedback.

  • Influencer outreach: Identify and connect with relevant influencers to forge potential partnerships that can help spread our message.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Must have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with a knack for creating content that stands out.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other languages are welcome (bonus points for German).

  • Some knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, CapCut).

  • A creative, rebellious mindset with a passion for social justice and fairness.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to challenge the status quo.

What’s in it for you:

  • Hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing with a revolutionary twist. You won’t just sit on a desk - your ideas will be heard and your work will be visible.

  • Opportunity to build a professional portfolio that showcases your daring creativity.

  • Mentorship and guidance from experienced rebels in the field.

  • Hybrid working arrangement: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while also benefiting from in-person collaboration one day a week in our office, where we learn, have fun, and grow together.

  • Sports Membership: We think it’s important for all of us to live healthy lives, which is why we contribute €20 per month towards any sports membership.

  • While it is an internship, we will offer a small financial compensation as a token of our appreciation for your work and support.

How to Apply:

Submit your CV and samples of your most audacious social media work to kristina@everyone.org. A cover letter is not a must, but if you send one, we will read it, so it’s a great way to stand out.
